TPI Sp. z o. o. - distributor of surveying equipment and unmanned aerial vehicles – obtained from the Polish Civil Aviation Authority, a permit for operations in the "Special" category with the DJI Agras T30 Agricultural drone with a maximum MTOM of 78 kg. The flight application was prepared and automatically generated on the Droneradar Space platform.
We would like to I would like to emphasize that TPI manages its organization, procedures, and resources within the Droneradar Space system, thanks to which the preparation and generation of the SORA (Specific Operations Risk Assessment) application, in the acceptable format, was limited to several dozen minutes.

We also appreciate the substantive comments of UrzÄ…d Lotnictwa Cywilnego in this extremely complicated procedure. This decision is a huge step towards an attempt at automation, orchestrating hundreds of descriptive requirements aimed at building trust between the Office and Operators and Pilots.
Currently, based on the experience gained, we are adapting Droneradar Space for even more efficient communication with the CAA. The next step is a BVLOS flight in the Special category.
